BookShelf of the Week: Ingmar

It’s Wednesday. so time for a look at another Bookshelf of the Week and this week it’s the turn of Ingmar from Germany. This is a shot of his library/office and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a room look quite as inviting as this one. Warm lighting and what looks like a super comfy chair, sit in front of well stocked and well organised bookshelves – a real reading nirvana!

I also love that canvas painting sitting on the chair. It’s the sort of thing you’d normally see on the wall (and I think this one is destined to be once it’s framed) but I think it just works really well where it is, bringing an added cultural splash to the room, in an area you wouldn’t expect it.

Thanks for allowing me to share your library with everyone Ingmar.

About Rob

Rob, a self-confessed bibliophile, is without any hope of rehabilitation. He gets unnaturally excited over anything book-shaped, and if book sniffing were a crime then he would have been locked up years ago (which wouldn't bother him in the slightest provided his cell was lined with books)
