Penguin’s ’setting up’ for Christmas (and saving you a stack of cash too)
Remember back at the start of October when I got more than a little excited over Penguin’s new Gothic Red series, with their luscious cover designs? Well the good news is Penguin have released the series as a single boxed set at a hugely discounted price (£55.99 as opposed to £7.99 a piece which would come in at a penny short of £80.00). What’s more you also receive The Beetle book cover in poster format so you can also grace the wall of your office/bedroom/study with Coralie Bickford-Smith’s amazing artwork….mmmm nice!

What’s more, if you like your series collections to be complete in one fell swoop (or you know somebody who does..cough! )) then Penguin are also offering 12 other series collections as a ‘cheaper than buying individually’ single set, the first four of which (denoted with a *) also come with an exclusive edition poster:

Ooh, I want this! It just killed me, giving away the M.R. James title in the 31 Tales of Terror contest. I think Penguin’s done some great things with the cover art and presentation on the Reds.
