The New Adventures of Edgar & Rob!

You’ll never guess who came to stay at the weekend? (well actually you probably would, simply from looking at the snapshots, but just humour me OK? 
)) That’s right, none other than Mr. Edgar Allan Poe! He’d heard about the iPoe Reading Challenge and figured he’d check out the guy who created it and hang out with him for a bit. So he turned up at RobAround Mansion on Saturday afternoon, and after having a good look around the place, I think he likes it (although he is a man of few spoken words )).
While he was here Edgar had a go at reading The Black Cat on the Sony, but he wasn’t overly impressed, snarling that he would ‘tear the infernal machine to minuscule pieces and remove it to a hideous resting place’…err OK Edgar?!? I guess you can’t really blame him for saying that though. He is a bit of a traditionalist after all ).
Aside from our differences on the Sony Reader, Edgar and I both got on really well (I’d say like a house on fire but Edgar may take that too literally). In fact he’s so delighted with my company that he’s decided to stay on at RobAround Mansion for good, just so we can share in some good-time adventures. So I guess you’re going to be seeing a whole lot more of Edgar around here from now on )

Rob, a self-confessed bibliophile, is without any hope of rehabilitation. He gets unnaturally excited over anything book-shaped, and if book sniffing were a crime then he would have been locked up years ago (which wouldn't bother him in the slightest provided his cell were lined with books)
