Fridays are RobAroundBookLists day when I highlight one of the countless book lists to be found lurking around the Internet, and for today’s offering I thought I’d point you to an all-new, shiny, ‘bells ‘n’ whistles’ reading list from Penguin UK, entitled 52 Books to Make You Healthy, Wealthy and Wise in 2009.
Not surprisingly all of the recommended books in this list are ‘Penguin flavoured’ which isn’t a bad thing, particularly when the range of choice and the way in which Penguin have presented this list makes in an unmissable resource. Set out in an interactive calendar format the 52 Books to Make You Healthy, Wealthy and Wise in 2009 reading list presents four recommended titles for each month in 2009 (complete with cover art, synopsis etc.) – one relating to each of the themes ‘healthy’, ‘wealthy’ and ‘wise’ and one ‘must read’ title – clever eh?
Ever thoughtful, Penguin also provide a printable summary of the 52 titles (in PDF format), and for those wishing to promote Penguin’s 52 Books to Make You Healthy, Wealthy and Wise in 2009 on their own blogs, they’ve also constructed an easily installed calender widget (see page for details).
Nice one Penguin!!

How very clever of Penguin! I will have to check that out and see just what they think I need.
Interesting. I like your new blog look very much by the way.
