Daily Bookshot: Little Tin Hut

Little Tin Hut, originally uploaded by Robert Burdock.

I was out walking on farmland today with my wife and dog, when we stumbled across a little metal shack in the corner of a field. It reminded me instantly of the same shack that adorns the cover of Flamingo’s 2002 edition of Magnus Mills’ Three to See the King.

Sadly, aside from a family of weeds the shack was empty, so I’m guessing its occupant has gone off on the pilgrimage to track down Michael Hawkins :o )

About Rob

Rob, a self-confessed bibliophile, is without any hope of rehabilitation. He gets unnaturally excited over anything book-shaped, and if book sniffing were a crime then he would have been locked up years ago (which wouldn't bother him in the slightest provided his cell was lined with books)
