I finally received my (coveted for 2 years now) Midori Traveler’s Notebook direct from Japan today and I couldn’t resist taking a shot of it alongside Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way [ISBN: 0330343580]. Why this book? Well it has one of the most incredible journalling techniques I’ve ever had the pleasure of learning – a technique known as ‘Morning Pages’. Now while this is not the time or place to go into exactly what ‘Morning Pages’ are (Google it. You’ll find out loads), I’ve got to say that the Midori is the perfect ‘Morning Pages’ companion.
Oh and as I was already bending the rules a little I thought I’d also include my RobAroundBooks minicards (along with storage case) in the shot – a delightful little product from Moo.com. Like them? Yeah I do too!

I love those cards! Very cool. I need to start playing around with a real design for my website, so I’ll have a recognizable logo like you do.
You really know about some great stuff. I’m always learning so many new things on your site!!!

Laza – You always have such nice morale-boosting things to say. Thank you for your kind and thoughtful words. Oh and stop beating yourself up. There’s absolutely nothing your with your book blog. It’s a delight to visit.
