Daily Bookshot: Lenz 2009 by Katy Burdock

Lenz 2009 by Katy Burdock, originally uploaded by Robert Burdock.

Got to love my daughter Katy’s creative streak. I read her OneWorld Classics blurb on Georg Büchner’s Lenz [ISBN: 9781847490858], and she went away and painted up a modern-day impression.

Here’s the painting, next to the book that inspired it. Good job that girl!

About Rob

Rob, a self-confessed bibliophile, is without any hope of rehabilitation. He gets unnaturally excited over anything book-shaped, and if book sniffing were a crime then he would have been locked up years ago (which wouldn't bother him in the slightest provided his cell was lined with books)
