There are few things finer looking on the bookshelves right now, than Adam Levi’s epic debut, The Instructions (Canongate Books). The 1030 page tome certainly stands out on the shelf, and even more so when it is clustered in a display, as it is at the EdBookFest bookshop right now. Of course such grandeur and opulence in a book is to be expected, when the book has originated from the McSweeney’s stables.
